NDPro – Control-License
This license serves as a central media control and integration platform for AV and building technology. It enables the control of endpoint devices via modern IP-based interfaces such as SSH, Telnet, WebSocket, HTTP/HTTPS (TCP) and UDP. NDPro provides an extensive module library for fast integration of current systems and protocols (e.g. KNX, BACnet, ModbusTCP) and additionally offers a development environment for HTML5-based visualizations using Node.js and EJS. The web-based backend enables configuration, automation and management without external software. Access is provided via current browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) and is secured via HTTPS. The number of rooms that can be integrated depends on the hardware configuration; typically up to 40 rooms can be supported. Operation is carried out by the customer on recommended Linux server hardware or in a virtual machine. The license includes software only; hardware and operating system are provided and operated by the customer. Software updates are available during the term of an active NDC monitoring license or a maintenance contract; the NDPro controllicense itself is not subject to any term limitation.

This license enables continuous monitoring of notification-relevant data points in combination with NDPro using MMS Monitoring as an on-premises monitoring and service solution in connection with an NDPro Control License. System states, warnings and error events are displayed in a browser-based interface for desktop and mobile devices without additional plug-ins. For automatic alarm and service notifications, a customer-provided SMTP server or a Microsoft 365-based email integration is connected. The full configuration includes data points, notification logic, visualization, logging, integration options as well as the NDPro Uplink for service partners, the NDPro Updater for software updates, and the NDPro Remote Service for secure remote support by authorized service partners. The license alternatively and optionally enables the use of the cloud service nicedoku.de for managing legacy and documentation projects in connection with Crestron control systems of the 3rd and 4th generation. Communication between NDPro, devices and the optional cloud takes place exclusively via secured HTTPS and Secure WebSocket connections.

This license enables the operation of up to 25 door signs in combination with NDPro via a Microsoft Graph API connection. The solution provides calendar and resource information from Microsoft 365 in real time and displays it on compatible door signs (e.g., Crestron, ProDVX, BrightSign). NDPro provides the browser-based user interface, door sign administration, and event forwarding to MMS Monitoring. The customer provides an Azure/Entra app that grants authorized access to the required Microsoft 365 resources (e.g., meeting rooms, resource mailboxes); NDPro accesses only through these defined permissions. All communication is protected via HTTPS and secure WebSocket connections. The license includes the M365 connector in NDPro, the door sign user interfaces, the connection to MMS Monitoring, and the necessary administration features. Software updates for the connector are available during an active NDC Monitoring License or a maintenance contract. Up to four licenses per NDPro instance are possible.
